Bank Pekao S.A. with the title of Top Employer 2025

For the fifteenth time, Bank Pekao has been awarded the Top Employer title. Possession of this prestigious certificate demonstrates the organization's commitment to creating a better working environment by implementing high standards in the field of human resources management and HR practices.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the assessment of a questionnaire containing the best practices in the field of human resources management. It covers six domains, consisting of 20 topics, i.e. HR strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, training and development, well-being, diversity and integration. Bank Pekao was one of 2,400 honored employers from 125 countries.
