Bank Pekao Best Bank in Poland in the Institution of the Year ranking

Bank Pekao S.A. was named Best Bank in Poland in the 10th edition of the Institution of the Year ranking, organized by My Banking. The bank won honorable mentions in 8 of the 14 evaluated categories, and 35 of its outlets received individual titles of Best Banking Outlet in Poland. The awards confirm Pekao Bank's leading position in the market, emphasizing its commitment to the development of innovative solutions and the highest quality of customer service.

Institution of the Year is a survey evaluating the quality of customer service in the banking sector, conducted for a decade now. The aim of the project is to raise service standards and meet the changing expectations of customers. This year, the main prize with the title of Best Bank in Poland, was awarded to Bank Pekao S.A., confirming the effectiveness of its activities in the development of its product offering, excellent service in various customer segments and process optimization.

- Winning the first place in the ranking of Institution of the Year is a great honor for us. We are pleased that our commitment to innovation, improving the quality of service, building trust and continuous development have been recognized. This success is due to the work of our entire team and the trust of our customers. We are now setting new ambitious goals for ourselves, which allows us to look optimistically into the future,” stresses Błażej Szczecki, Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A., responsible for the Retail and Private Banking Division.

This award is confirmation that we have embarked on the right path,” says Wojciech Chmielewski, director of the Strategy and Corporate Affairs Division at Bank Pekao S.A.

Bank Pekao achieved first place in key categories such as Best Private Banking, Best Bank for Business, Best Mobile App, Best Internet Banking and Security.

The results of the survey in the Best Private Banking category showed that Bank Pekao was the clear leader in this area, winning more than 88.5 percent of the votes. This result is 7.4 p.p. higher than last year and the highest in the three-year history of the ranking in this category. Customers appreciated the exceptional comfort of service, the wide range of offerings, the high competence of advisors and the partnership approach.

In addition to winning in selected categories, Bank Pekao ranked among the top in such areas as Best Service at a Facility, Personal Banking - Service at a Facility, and Best Account Opening Process at a Facility. In addition, as many as 35 branches - the highest number among all those evaluated - won individual awards, confirming the high quality of service at every stage of cooperation.

According to My Banking, the organizer of the survey, Institution of the Year is the market's largest and most comprehensive project focused on analyzing the quality of customer service in the banking sector. The survey verifies the level of customer service provided to real users of the most popular banking products, such as accounts, investments, credit cards and mortgage products. The processes of purchasing products in branches and online, mobile applications, online banking and the quality of after-sales service are analyzed, and the results are based on the analysis of thousands of users' opinions.
