Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the „Bank”) hereby informs that the Bank received an information from Bank Guarantee Fund („BGF”) regarding the amount of the accrued annual contribution to resolution fund of banks for 2025 including the adjusted amounts for 2023 and 2024.

The accrued annual contribution to resolution fund of banks for 2025 set for the Bank by the BGF amounts to PLN 278,587,721.71.

Abovementioned amount will be recognised in costs of the Bank in first quarter of 2025.
