Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna („Bank”) hereby informs that on 6 February 2025 Mr. Artur Olech resigned from his position as Chairman of the Bank's Supervisory Board and from his membership of the Bank's Supervisory Board, effective at the end of 5 March 2025.The resignation does not contain information about its reasons.
