Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank on 28 November 2024, taking into account the assessment of compliance with suitability requirements, appointed Mrs. Magdalena Dziewguć to the composition of the of the Supervisory Board of the Bank for a joint term of three years, which began on 18 April 2024.

According to the submitted statement Mrs. Magdalena Dziewguć does not conduct any business competitive to that of the Bank and is not involved in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law company, a partnership or a corporation or a member of a corporate body of a legal person. According to the submitted statement Mrs. Magdalena Dziewguć is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the KRS (National Court Register) Act of 20 August 1997.

The CV of Mrs. Magdalena Dziewguć was provided by the Bank in report No. 39/2024 of 26 November 2024.
