Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the “Bank") hereby informs that in connection with the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for 17 April 2024, the Bank's shareholder – Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna submitted the following candidates for the members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank:

3. Mr Jacek Nieścior
4. Mr Robert Sochacki

In accordance with § 13 point 14 of the Bank's Statute and the provisions of generally applicable law, members of the Bank's Supervisory Board are appointed by the General Meeting of the Bank, taking into account the assessment of compliance with the suitability requirements referred to in art. 22aa of the Act of August 29, 1997 - Banking Law.
