Good Banking Practices

The Bank observes Good Banking Practices adopted by the General Meeting of the Association of Polish Banks, which constitutes a code of ethical conduct for banking professionals in Poland.
The document defines the rules of conduct in a bank's relations with customers, mutual relations between banks, and a bank's relations, in the capacity of an employer, with its staff.
