Jacek Nieścior

Member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Pekao S.A.

He graduated in 1991 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Gdańsk. After graduating, he completed his legal advisor training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Olsztyn - since 1994 he has been included in the list of legal advisors. He worked in managerial positions, among others, at the Supreme Audit Office, the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw, the Voivodeship Office in Warsaw and the Marshal's Office of the Masovian Voivodeship. Former member of the supervisory boards of: Grodziskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne POLFA Sp. z o. o. z/s in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, DIPSERVICE w Warszawie S.A., Stołeczne Przedsiębiorstwo Handlu Wenętrznego Sp. z o. o., Huta Lucchini Warszawa Sp. z o. o. Pekao Investment Management S.A., and Grupa AZOTY Zakłady Azotowe "Puławy" S.A. - as chairman. Since 1998, he has been continuously practicing as a legal counsel, currently within his own law firm, which provides legal assistance to local government units, entrepreneurs and, above all, the cooperative banking sector. So far, the law firm has provided services to several cooperative banks from the Masovian Voivodeship - and currently provides legal assistance to two cooperative banks from the PBS group, one of which is one of the largest financial institutions of this type in Poland.
