CFO / Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board, supervising the Finance Division
She graduated in banking at the University of Economics in Krakow and Multinational MBA studies at ESADE in Spain with the qualifications of a statutory auditor and FCCA. She completed a number of development programs at leading business universities (e.g. INSEAD, London Business School).
She has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, of which over 10 years in managing bank finances. She has worked for the largest banking institutions in Poland, executing transactions important for the sector.
From 2022 to 2024, as an Associate Partner at KPMG, she was responsible for advisory services for CFOs. From 2010 to 2022, she managed the Controlling/MIS area at Santander Bank Polska, where she implemented many important projects related to financial management. She was a member of the bank's decision-making committees, as well as a member of the Supervisory Boards. In 2000-2010, while working at KPMG, she participated in projects for the financial sector concerning the audit of financial statements, fair value measurement of loan portfolios, due diligence and advice on mergers and acquisitions.
