A graduate of the Poznań University of Life Sciences and numerous courses and training in the field of insurance, management, finance and sales. He has passed the brokerage exam.
In 2003, he completed one-year postgraduate studies in capital investments at the WSB University in Poznań, Faculty of Finance and Banking. He also completed the AMP Advanced Management Program approved by IESE University of Navarra. From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with the insurance market in the corporate insurance segment - since 2005 at UNIQA Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. he held managerial positions for several years, and finally in 2008 he took up the position of Director of the Sales Department (Broker Channel).
From 2011, he held the position of Managing Director at Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji WARTA S.A., where he was responsible for managing the Corporate Insurance Department and took an active part in building and implementing the company's strategy. In 2018, he joined the MAK Group as Vice-President of the companies: MAK insurance and STBU Brokerzy Ubezpieczeniowi. Then, in May 2019, he took up the position of President of the Management Board of MAK International Sp. z o. o. and in November 2020, he became Vice-President of the Management Board of the reinsurance broker MAK Re.
